Our Mission

We at 620 Wireless understand the growing dependence of the wireless consumer on their device.  We also understand that detrimental situations can arise due to unexpected device failure. 

While these unexpected problems are sometimes unavoidable, we want to ensure that all of our customers experience as little interruption as possible in both their wireless service and life alike.

Our Services

We service all Sprint/Nextel handsets experiencing a range of issues, including liquid damage.  We always accept walk-in customers at our retail location, but offer other means for our busy customers. 

Step 1:

Complete our
free estimate form.  Results usually returned within 24 hours (estimates submitted on Fridays will be returned after 9 AM the following business day).

Step 2:

Get the handset to us!

For our busy customers we offer a mail in option! Simply print our
repair submission form and follow the mailing instructions.

Note: All submissions via mail include a $10 shipping and handling fee.  This payment can be submitted via check or money order included in packaging with handset, or credit card by phone.

Step 3:

Nothing more to do! You will be contacted with an initial assessment upon our receipt of the handset to be repaired.  We appreciate your business and look forward to completing your requested repair.
